We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US generally takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Pepperell Crafts ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
What is your return policy for craft supplies?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that cut-to-length materials like cord and rope are non-refundable unless defective.
Are your macramé cords and craft ropes eco-friendly?
Yes, we pride ourselves on sourcing sustainable materials. Many of our cotton cords are made from recycled fibers and are Oeko-Tex certified for safety and quality.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
